١مقدمة

Ledgera ("التطبيق"، "نحن") هو تطبيق لإدارة الأموال الشخصية طوّره إسلام أبو النور. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. للتواصل: support@ledgera.store.

٢البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه.
بياناتك المالية التي تدخلها: الحسابات، الأرصدة، المعاملات، الديون، الأقساط، الميزانيات، الأهداف، والأصول.
التسجيلات الصوتية: عند استخدام الإدخال الصوتي، يُسجَّل صوتك لتحويل ما قلته إلى نص.
الصور: عند مسح إيصال أو مستند، تُعالَج الصورة لاستخراج التفاصيل منها.
بيانات تقنية أساسية: المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل رموز المصادقة وإعدادات التطبيق).

٣كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك فقط لتقديم ميزات التطبيق وتحسينها: تتبّع أموالك، وإنشاء التقارير والرؤى، وتشغيل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تختار استخدامها، وإرسال الإشعارات والرسائل المتعلقة بالخدمة. لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك.

٤ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي والمعالجة عبر أطراف خارجية

يوفّر Ledgera ميزات اختيارية تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي (اسأل Ledgera، الإضافة الذكية، الإدخال الصوتي، مسح الإيصالات، والتقارير الصوتية). عند استخدامها، تُرسَل البيانات اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك — عبر خادمنا الآمن (Supabase) — إلى مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي خارجيين لمعالجتها.

ما نرسله حسب الميزة: اسمك وبياناتك المالية (الحسابات، الأرصدة، المعاملات، الديون، الأقساط، الأهداف) لاسأل Ledgera والتقارير الصوتية؛ والنص الذي تكتبه للإضافة الذكية؛ والتسجيلات الصوتية للإدخال الصوتي؛ والصور التي تمسحها (مثل الإيصالات) لمسح الإيصالات.

من يعالجها: Anthropic (نماذج Claude) عبر OpenRouter — لفهم النصوص والصور؛ وOpenAI — لتحويل الصوت إلى نص والعكس.

الغرض: فقط لإنشاء النتيجة التي طلبتها. لا تُستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات ولا تُباع.

تحكّمك: ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي اختيارية وتتطلب موافقتك الصريحة قبل إرسال أي بيانات. يمكنك سحب الموافقة في أي وقت من الإعدادات، قسم الخصوصية، مما يوقف هذه الميزات. لا تتم أي معالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي إلا إذا بدأتها بنفسك.

حماية الأطراف الخارجية: يعالج هؤلاء المزوّدون بياناتك وفق التزاماتهم الخاصة بالخصوصية والأمان، التي توفّر حماية مماثلة لما هو موضّح في هذه السياسة.

٥مزوّدو الخدمات

نستخدم مزوّدي خدمات خارجيين موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق، ويعالجون البيانات فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدمتهم:

Supabase — الخادم الآمن وقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة.
Anthropic (عبر OpenRouter) و OpenAI — معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي لميزاته (راجع القسم ٤).
MetalpriceAPI — أسعار الذهب والمعادن المباشرة (لا تُرسَل أي بيانات شخصية).
Resend — إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني المتعلقة بالخدمة.

يعمل كل مزوّد وفق شروط الخصوصية والأمان الخاصة به، بحماية مماثلة لما في هذه السياسة.

٦تخزين البيانات وأمانها

تُخزَّن بياناتك بأمان على خادمنا (Supabase) وتُحمى بإجراءات وفق معايير الصناعة، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء النقل وضوابط الوصول. تُخزَّن مفاتيح واجهات مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي على خوادمنا ولا تظهر إطلاقًا داخل التطبيق.

٧الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. يمكنك حذف بياناتك في أي وقت (راجع حقوقك).

٨حقوقك وخياراتك

الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها من داخل التطبيق.
سحب الموافقة على ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية، مما يوقف تلك الميزات.
حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به — اطلب ذلك من داخل التطبيق أو عبر مراسلة support@ledgera.store.

٩خصوصية الأطفال

Ledgera غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

١٠تغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. ستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية هنا مع تحديث تاريخ السريان.

1Introduction

Ledgera ("the app", "we") is a personal finance app developed by Islam Aboelnour. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: support@ledgera.store.

2Information We Collect

Account information: your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
Financial data you enter: accounts, balances, transactions, debts, installments, budgets, goals, and assets.
Voice recordings: when you use voice entry, your audio is captured to transcribe what you said.
Images: when you scan a receipt or document, the image is processed to extract the details.
Basic technical data: information needed to operate the app (e.g., authentication tokens and app settings).

3How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the app's features: tracking your finances, generating reports and insights, powering the AI features you choose to use, and sending service-related notifications and emails. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

4AI Features and Third-Party Processing

Ledgera offers optional AI features (Ask Ledgera, AI Quick Add, voice entry, receipt scanning, and Voice Reports). When you use them, the data needed to fulfil your request is transmitted — through our secure backend (Supabase) — to third-party AI providers for processing.

What we send, by feature: your name and financial data (accounts, balances, transactions, debts, installments, goals) for Ask Ledgera and Voice Reports; the text you type for AI Quick Add; voice recordings for voice entry; and images you scan (e.g. receipts) for receipt scanning.

Who processes it: Anthropic (Claude models) via OpenRouter — text and image understanding; and OpenAI — voice transcription and text-to-speech.

Purpose: solely to generate the result you requested. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Your control: AI features are optional and require your explicit consent before any data is sent. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy, which disables these features. No AI processing occurs unless you initiate it.

Third-party protection: these providers process your data under their own privacy and security commitments, which provide protections comparable to those described in this policy.

5Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the app. They process data only as needed to provide their service:

Supabase — secure backend, database, and authentication.
Anthropic (via OpenRouter) and OpenAI — AI processing for the AI features (see section 4).
MetalpriceAPI — live gold and metal prices (no personal data is sent).
Resend — sending service-related emails.

Each provider operates under its own privacy and security terms, providing protections comparable to those in this policy.

6Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our backend (Supabase) and protected with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. AI provider API keys are stored on our servers and are never exposed in the app.

7Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time (see Your Rights).

8Your Rights and Choices

Access and correct your data within the app.
Withdraw consent for AI features at any time in Settings → Privacy, which disables those features.
Delete your account and associated data — request this in the app or by emailing support@ledgera.store.

9Children's Privacy

Ledgera is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
